Delete your Fate Matrix account and data
You can delete your Fate Matrix account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it, and neither of them requires you to ask permission.

This page works without signing in. If you have already lost access to the app, use the email route below.
1. In the app
The profile section is reached from the main screen of the app.
There you will find the account and data controls.
Confirm when asked. The deletion starts straight away.
2. By email
Write to [email protected] from the address registered on the account.
| Field | What to write |
|---|---|
| Subject | Delete my Fate Matrix account |
| Body | The email address of the account, or any other detail that identifies it |
If you write from a different address, we may ask for something that confirms the account is yours. That is to stop someone else deleting your data.
3. What gets deleted
- Your profile: name or nickname, and email address if one is attached
- Saved results and your history
- Your questions and dream texts
4. What may be kept
A small amount of data survives deletion, because we are not free to remove it:
- Purchase and payment records managed by Google Play, which we do not control and cannot erase on their side
- Security logs needed to protect the service against abuse
- Anything the law requires us to retain, for as long as it requires
5. How long it takes
Requests are processed within a reasonable time, normally up to 30 days. Deletion from the app itself is usually much faster.
Deletion is final. Once your account and its data are removed, restoring them may be impossible. If you only want to stop being billed, cancel the subscription in Google Play instead — that does not delete anything.
6. Cancelling a subscription is a separate thing
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not delete the account. Subscriptions are managed in Google Play → Subscriptions. The support page covers both.
