Privacy policy

This page explains what matrix-destiny.org collects, what it does not, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be legally impenetrable.

The short version

Your date of birth

When you enter a date into the calculator, it is processed to produce your destiny matrix and to generate the written reading. It is not written to a database, not attached to an identifier, and not retained after the request completes.

The reading text is produced by a third-party AI provider. The date and the resulting numbers are sent to that provider in order to generate the text. They are not sent with your name, email or any account identifier, because we do not have those.

Cookies

The site sets a small number of cookies. Two are functional: one records that you dismissed the cookie notice, one records that you dismissed the app banner. Neither identifies you. If analytics cookies are in use, the notice on the site is where you accept or decline them, and declining does not restrict any feature.

The Fate Matrix app

1. What we process

• Name or nickname, and interface language
• Email address, if you register or sign in with one
• Date of birth, time of birth, place of birth as you enter it (city and country)
• Dream texts and the questions you ask
• Interpretation results and your history of results
• Subscription data: product identifier, purchase token, status and expiry date
• Reports about an answer: the reason, your comment and the identifier of the result
• Technical data: app version, operating system, IP address and request time, diagnostic events

2. Why we use it

• To run the calculations and produce the written interpretations
• To save your results and keep your history available
• To process Standard and Premium subscriptions and apply their limits
• To restore a purchase you have already made
• To answer support requests
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse
• To meet the requirements of Google Play
• To improve the quality of the app

3. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only where the service cannot work without it:

• Google Play — to confirm payment and subscription status
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and database, which process and store the data on our behalf
• External answer-generation services — where interpretation generation is used, and only the amount of data needed to produce that answer

4. How long we keep it

Your profile, results and history are kept while your account exists. When you delete the account they are removed, with the limited exceptions listed on the delete account page — billing records, security logs and anything we are legally required to retain.

5. Deleting your data

Three routes, all of them yours to use:

• In the app: Profile → Delete account
• On the web: the delete account page, which works without signing in
• By email: write to [email protected] from the address on the account

Requests are handled within a reasonable time, normally up to 30 days.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, export it or delete it, and to object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and it will be removed.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. In practice, for anyone who has not registered an account, we hold almost nothing to act on.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and it will be removed.

Third parties

• Hosting provider — processes requests and holds server logs.
• AI provider — generates the personalised reading text from the numbers.
• Analytics provider — aggregate traffic statistics.
• Font delivery — typefaces are loaded from a third-party CDN, which receives your IP address as part of the request.

Advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads and to measure how they perform.

• Google uses a cookie to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.
• You can opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the consent notice on this site is where you accept or refuse personalised ads. Refusing does not restrict any feature of the site: the calculator and every reading stay free and fully available.

We never pass your date of birth, your reading or anything else you enter to advertisers.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not update that date to make the page look fresh.
