Fate Matrix support

Open the app while connected to the internet and make sure you are signed in to the same account you bought the subscription with, and to the same Google account in Google Play. Purchases are tied to the Google account that paid.

If it still does not show, write to us with the order number from the Google Play receipt. We can look it up by that.

Sign in with the same Google account and the same Fate Matrix account you used originally. The subscription status comes from Google Play and is restored automatically. There is no separate code to enter.

Open Google Play → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fate Matrix → Cancel subscription.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. The period you have already paid for keeps working until it ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google, under their policy. Start from the order in Google Play. We cannot issue a refund on their behalf, but if something in the app went wrong, tell us and we will look into it.

Check that you are using the same sign-in method as when you registered, and that the device has a working connection. If the app was updated recently, restarting it clears most of these cases.

Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete account, or by email if you have lost access. Both routes are described on the delete account page.

On the result screen there is a report control. Pick a reason and add a comment if you want to. Reports reach us with the identifier of the result, so we can see exactly what was produced.

Report anything that is wrong, offensive, or reads as advice it should not be giving.

Usually a connection problem. Try again in a minute. If it keeps failing, write to us with the approximate time you tried — that is enough to find it in the logs.

Standard includes 5 destiny matrix readings, 1 tarot reading, 1 dream interpretation and 1 natal chart reading per billing period, plus 3 follow-up questions per day. Premium removes those limits. The terms of use list both plans in full.
